WHY BAMBOO? Lightweight but hard and durable, bamboo is the perfect material for a cutting surface. It’s more resilient to scratches but soft enough to not blunt your knives like a granite board would. Bamboo is a fast growing wood making it the most viable material for a renewable board

WATER RESISTANT – Our wooden carving board does not absorb water easily. Therefore is less likely to crack or warp due to moisture separation. However, bamboo should not be placed in the dishwasher

LESS BACTERIA – Because bamboo cutting boards are knife scarring resistant and non-porous, this makes the wooden cutting boards safe and easy to clean when preparing your meal, especially when compared to plastic boards.
